Daily Programme

8 – 9 am Simple posture work, pranayama to wake up
9 am Breakfast
10.30 – 12.30 pm Morning Workshop (introducing and working with themes and principles)
12.30 pm Lunch
1.30 – 5 pm Free time ( to walk, cycle, swim, sightsee, massage, or French/Art lessons)
5 – 7 pm Afternoon Workshop (guided self practice,  yoga nidra and meditation)
7.30 pm Dinner

During the week, one afternoon will be free time to visit a local vineyard for wine tasting or bathe in the warm waters of a Thermal Spa.

Attendance at all classes is not obligatory, feel free to opt out and arrangements can be made for local sight seeing or shopping.

Massage is available onsite and bikes are for hire locally.

French and art lessons are also available.
